So okpa is made from Hausa kwaruru. As a kid, I love eating cooked kwaruru. So tasty! Cooking it as beans takes too long to cook.

Do I need to soak and remove the skin to make okpa?

No it is grounded in powdered form. Then mixed with water when preparing.

Oatmeal melted in apple juice and one peach.
