I just made cranberry sauce today and have pie crust in the freezer. Might have to make this. I’m wondering will other kinds of cheeses work?. I know Brie pairs best with sweets but I don’t feel like going to the store just for Brie.

if you don’t have any need for cranberry sauce anymore, you can make sugared cranberries. So good by itself but also great for cake topping, cocktails or mocktails
