Na wah oh! which secondary school u go sef!!

Nigerians should stop complaining about fuel scarcity and suffer the pains of it because the scarcity was caused by their demand for transparency in the petroleum sector, the Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has said.

Mrs. Alison-Madueke, who said this on Wednesday in Abuja while addressing journalists, said the demands by Nigerians for transparency and accountability coupled with the government’s determination to ensure same was the cause of the sufferings.

“We cannot eat our cakes and have it. We cannot keep calling out for transparency and accountability and pointing at corruption if we are not prepared to bear some of the hardship that will obviously come when you are trying to clean up a sector,” the minister said.

billante: The woman said d simple logical truth! Una dey there dey insult una mother!

You want them to close down capital oil deport with his 35 percent distribution capabilities and still expect fuel to be free available

Na spirit go import and distribute d products since only NNPC can't do it.
I think this was what she was trying to say when she made this comment......she might not be far from the truth, but can't still get her comments right.

Firstly, HBD. In every developed world accountability and transparency are the quality of any honest leader you may find. People ask for what is right and it is your official assignment to make such possible within your department. If as a result of asking for accountability and transparency there are fuel scarcity then let it continue to linger on till things are done properly. Are you aware that several owners of filling stations are PMS bunkerers. Some of these people break pipes just steal what belong to a whole nation.

Secondly, have you confirmed what is the present reserve capacity storage we have as a nation in term of PMS CAPACITY STORAGE. Your calculations should be how to circulate the product to the varous parts of the country with good accountabilty demanded from Depot managers and the commissioners in the oil sector. Beside, the department of PPRA has an obligation of making price control effective because most filling stations across Nigeria decide on what price to sell to the public. In addition, some of these filling stations engage in the habit of metre adjustment which is killing the department of PPRA in the NNPC ineffective across Nigeria.

So Dear Madam Diezani, the mistakes of leadership should not be allocated to the masses instead we all should make the bad heads selected out to make them pay for the bad they would have caused the wonderful country. Once again, A LEADER SHOULD ALWAYS LEAD
