mehn there is this indian movie that anyone who watches it must cry. told my friends about it and they were all forming macho....while watching the movie they were all shading tears like say we de burial ground esp the ladies..they guys were trying so hard to conceal it but you could see the red eyes..the sorrow in the movie can bring tears out of your eyes, except u are a military man who has gone to war..

crying for me is not an option.....even when my grandfather who i loved so much passed on...one single tear no commot from my eye.....i am just too rigid when it comes to displaying emotions.

Sometimes i grieve so much that i long for the relief of tears on my cheeks but its never happened in a very long while. for any one (man or woman) who cqn still cry, hold on to it, cos its a gift

but the truth is dat crying helps a lot when dealing with grief.....remember one heart break i had, because i don't know how to grieve it took me quite a while to get over it.

The last time I cried was at the airport when I had to leave my parents. I never stayed away from them for more than 3 weeks at a time, not even during my university days.The tears just came from nowhere when I looked back and saw my mother's wet eyes as she watched me go.never felt so emotional my whole life.
