JOB DETAILS

JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
REF NO: HR/FO-0002
LOCATION:Ikeja,Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This person (a lady) will manage front office activities which shall include:
*Answering incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
*Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
*Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
*Monitors visitor access
*Travel arrangement for senior management
*Acting as the secretary to the HR/Admin
*Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.
*Report any unusual activities or situations that cannot be managed by self to either the Operations Officer, or HR Office.
*Updating and submitting all Issues Log and daily reports on all front desk activities to the Operations Officer before the close of business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Flawless spoken English and excellent interpersonal skills.
*Excellent writing skills.
*A good communicator, smart, and good sense of humor.
*Converse clearly and pleasingly to the Visitors.
*Must be very articulate and smart.
*Must have a good inter-personal relation.
*Must be good looking.
*Demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business.
*Ability to pay attention to details.
*Must have a good knowledge of desktop publishing.
*Minimum Qualification SSCE.
