Job Description
We are a new company in the business of domestic gas retail and are looking to hire a shift sales supervisor;
Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination, supervision, management and monitoring of the work floor activities and delivery of product to end user.
Draw up sales programme for each sales team.
Segment the market and map out territories
Assign marketers to teams with leaders.
Insist on the proper maintenance of the territories by teams to avoid overlapping.
Set targets for sales teams, design and implement appropriate performance evaluation reports
Provide the company with information on the right packaging and delivery of gas to ensure that the depot effectively meets the demand of the consumer.
Ensure full compliance with all safety requirements
Review and monitor sales systems and processes to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Ensure prompt preparation of monthly or quarterly sales reports and analyses as and when required
Oversee the preparation and review of the sales budget reports for the depot.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator


Qualifications and Requirements;

Minimum of 1st Degree/HND/OND/NCE
Strong spread sheet skills
Knowledge of sales planning
Good chemical knowledge
Marketing skills
Personal drive
Strong oral and written communication skills
Commitment to Deadlines
Integrity
Attention to details
