just because Nigeria has corruption, we shouldn't make 'not being corrupt' the only criteria for picking a leader. Buhari speaks in an outdated fashion and reflects an outdated mentality. The solution is always blood. When his supporters started torching the nation up he was silent. He was cronies with the countries most corrupt and till this day defends Sani Abacha. He gives national speeches in Hausa. He genuinely doesn't believe in democracy. When asked to campaign he stayed in the north as if the rest of the nation doesn't exist. I do think that he is disciplined and honest, but I don't see any traits i would want in a leader beyond those two and there are better out there. That's my opinion |

We would lose if we let them kill this man before he comes in. If there is someone younger than Buhari with a real chance of getting there, I will put my all behind him. But Buhari can guarantee winning the North easily especially seeing how Jonathan turned out.. In the South, We will have to drop our high horses. If you do something the same way all the time, you must be ready to accept the same result all the time. Why should anyone continue status quo of what we have after Jonathan squandered all the goodwill given to him after the death of Yar'Adua? Nigerians, we must not let all these enemy of Nigeria who are religious and ethnic bigots continue to spread falsehood about Buhari. One thing that is sure when Buhari finally becomes the President is that corruption shall be a thing of the past. When corruption is finally defeated, everything else is going to fall into places. If youths still cannot find a credible candidates amongst them but still advocate for a 70years old man to continue where he stopped then invariably, it indicates that the thinking people in this Nation are in serious short supply. Shame on all advocates of this Buhari 2015!. I am not a fan of GEJ but we need to channel our energies to picking Middle age men and women with time tested and proven ideas on how to bring back our country from the edge of the precipice it is currently sitting pretty without any semblance of the effort by the current administration in rescuing us from this clear and present danger. |
