Use ES file explore and click on app manager. It will list ur installed apps. Locate d one u wanto bkup and long press on it. Select to backup. U'll see ur bkup in 'backup' folder on sd card.

hahah bros i don dey use dose sites for over 12mnths believe me i knw everything.is jst that d site is getting wierd lately,on mobseries d only good files still existing there arevery new ones...for ex. Xfactor us s4 from ep 1-25 it keeps repeat the 404 not found,and when u go to fz u get it,bt d server will now throttle due to many traffic,u will now start having 10-45kb instead of ur ususal 156-300(on mtn of course)..i hope u now knw d reason why i need a different site from fztvseries,frends4m and mobseries..and also does nt use thetorrent ish

For those who want to use the Android app to backup, just open androzip, on top before the files, you will see options such as Home, up, new, multi etc. Slide these options to the left and you will see Apps. Click on it and your apps will be shown with an option to back them up.

I wanna teach you guys something new i discovered it for long i dont knw if u guys know about it but i can tel you i dont pay for appications weda it be $100 or more i download them free and all my apps on fone are either elite or pro i just search the name of top paid apps on google play and download them with this app for interested fellas......
