A lady who is likely to be in her twenties, was seen talking to no one in particular as she intermittently screamed at the top of her voice, while carrying pure water on her head, apparently for sale.

As this reporter walked towards her, she quickly brought out a mobile phone from a black polythene bag. She then tried to make a call, as she pointed to our correspondent saying “I go call police. Go back! Go!” Dailypost reports.
