Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 8:56pm On Sep 10, 2015 |
Cyriacusifeco: Sir, i think they are waiting to get the sense of investments and economic directions whether favorable or other way round. And in all, everything will be fine as far as this government is concern. It may be somehow non-rosy right now but things will eventually get better when this cabinets is formed. 2 Likes |

lancee: Sir, i really love his response "The government and CBN’s primary responsibility is to enunciate policies that would reverse the decline in the country’s GDP, create jobs and keep inflation low. “A devaluation of the currency will hamper these objects. So if the price we have to pay for this is our ejection from the JP Morgan index, it is a temporary price we will have to live with until our finances improve,” he said. If JP Morgan Index can't put food on the table for a common man in Nigeria, they should leave us alone with their greed romance on our economy . Listening to them (by stating that we have to keep devaluing our currency) would have done more harm than good for us as a country. One should not forget that JP Morgan is one of the most corrupt corporate organization in the world. They recently settled a 13 billion law suit for defrauding home owners (http://money.cnn.com/2013/11/19/investing/jpmorgan-mortgage-settlement/). They also enabled Madoff to defraud most Americans (http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/01/07/jpmorgan-settles-with-federal-authorities-in-madoff-case/?_r=0). They paid more than $2 billion fine for that action. Why should our CBN listen to a corrupt corporate organization like JP Morgan? 5 Likes |

myjoy08:I hail you Myjoy08.I would like to commend you on your passion for investment in nse. I believe if it is within your reach you would permanently make the bull reign in nse most time. However God has made the earth to have nights and days. You understand what that means.I advice you add cautions to your passion. Concerning the exit of Nigeria from Jp morgan bond index, any how we look or try to down play it, it would hurt Nigeria in many ways especially now that crude is selling low. Indirectly they put food in the common mans table. Reason being that when the economic problems associated with outflow of foreign investment and exchange start especially when crude is selling low expect to see job losses then you will know how much they help to put food on common mans table. However I would like to admit that this is really a trying time for Nigeria because we can not continue on an endless devaluation of our currency.Let just pray that God will grant the managers of the economy the wisdom to strike a balance.Thank you. 4 Likes |
