In this world? I don't think they will do that.
Their trust is in ever improving drilling or is it fracking technology.
They believe the tech that helped them survive the price war with opec will ultimately
help them win, that is produce profitably, even at much lower prices,
Then it will be their turn to tell opec what the former Saudi oil minister used to tell them : fold up if you can no longer compete.
