jinnyz:In my opinion, it is with over 20billion from this transaction alone. The plan to sell their foreign assets/investments and then convert to a national bank. This will free up additional cash since the capital requirement for national bank is less(10billion) as compared to 25billion. This is what I got from their q2 earnings call. Let the gurus confirm. |

Bianco1: He worked with Rt Briscoe in the early 70s, but he is now bigger Rt Briscoe. Wole Oshin worked at crusader insurance, before founding Custodian and allied insurance with support from Chief Ade Ojo. Custodian and allied insurance later bought crusader insurance. Wole even employed his former boss at crusader insurance. 1 Like |

If them like make dem sell all the assets come become a Lagos Bank. The thing with the bank is that their risk management is too poor. Massive loans write off year after year. No dividend for how many years now. make dem go sit down joor. Congratulations to those who will ride till it gets tired. Mpeace: 2 Likes |

rebekah2011: We know how he stood behind Wale while Oando was raped, he was in the audit committee of the defunct intercontinental Bank for many years. He stood behind Akingbola during his travail. The guy is ever willing to stand behind corrupt corporate managers, and he well compensated for his nefarious activities in the name of shareholders activism. 1 Like |
