There has never been A SINGLE reconstruction on NSE without the eventual HOSPITALIZATION of 'THE NUMBERS'. Last year, I could NEVER touch FIDELITY coz I was NEVER COMFORTABLE with its OS and was thinking julius Berger could be contracted any moment... grin

In those days when I heard INTERNATIONAL and ENERGY put together, I thought I was into Oil and Gas Insurance. When RECONSTRUCTION came, I was super excited until both INTERNATIONAL and ENERGY vanished into oblivion. I have been hawking International Energy Insurance for years now, no one is even asking, 'oga how much grin grin grin'

Even if it is GTB that is reconstructing today, I will first of all take cover, do a tactical manoeuvre, then reappear and clean my glasses, visit my doctors to test my eyesight and sanity, before taking any decision. I have no plans to upgrade my BP drugs now. Those who have had to sell off bad stocks at a heavy LOSS and still experience ridiculous brokers charges know what I am talking about. Few things are as painful. just talking to myself kiss smiley cheesy grin

Loco,,,you have good knowledge on stock investment but there is one thing about you i don't know,, you use to identify good stock with high probabilities of good capital gain, you will even tell everyone to buy and keep even if the price fall, this shows the level of confident you have on such stock.... but yourself will ignore such stock to buy another stock on hope grin

example was dangote flour you ask everybody to buy and continue assuring buyer not to panic with any post against DF but you never buy single unit of this stock instead you buy and continue average down on fcmb grin grin

another one is caverton, your research threw more light on this stock and encourage pple to buy.. some smart trader made 40% on this stock within 7 days but u didn't buy single unit grin grin grin

the latest one is etenal oil, you have seen probabilities of good capital gain on this stock you ask pple to buy. with confidence you told member you will buy from him later around 5.50 but instead of u to buy at the 3.70 you are buying hope on transcorp

is this village thinz,,,or wisdom working against u grin grin grin anyway it not too later for eterna still at N4 today grin by this time of next year you might look back at eternal price and have embarassed embarassed embarassed.....

Good observation bro.I buy stocks in large quantities and I offload in large quantities.
Those stocks in sight are not in alignment with my pattern of trading.
The only one among them I will lay hands on is eterna oil and caverton.I have told my broker to look for supply so I can do it on cross deal.

No offence attributed to your post bro. Just in a lighter mode acknowledging the wahala. I am also in the bus as are many of our BNSITL here. We pray and hope the resolution will be profitable to us long-suffering minority shareholders.

1.if there debt is sustainable why issuing commercial papers and eager to raise fresh capital? To take advantage of opportunities in the market place and reduce debt.

2 Those companies became shareholders as a result of conversion of debt instrument to equity, which to me is not the best way to get majority holding. No shareholder has converted debt instruments to Equity and only Abraaj holds convertible debt instruments

3.The company offer the following services
a: Leasing of ships to IOCs. Revenue is in dollars are you aware the competition is stiff now as more oil servicing companies are springing up as a result of sudden increase in crude oil price C&I Leasing locks in long term contracts before procuring the vessels.
b: Provision of contract staff to major companies including Diamond Bank profit from this segment is very slim when you consider the salary, medical expenses and other expenses to mention a few Theoretically. Practically this is their second largest source of revenue and profit. The market space is very wide and has not been properly tapped.
c: Sale of Suzuki cars in nigeria (loss making at the moment) The brand is not buyable in Nigeria and that is the reason they are making loss,or if you want to buy car today would you think of suzuki brand?Closing this unit will automatically add N300m to profits annually. This unit on the average loses N300m annually. In my opinion, the unit should be sold to the Vaswanis that have the core competence in the sale of motor vehicles
d: Operator of the Hertz franchise in Nigeria oga wake up uber, taxify and other operators have dominated the car renting space in Nigeria and beyondHertz operates in its own niche. I however don't know if this unit profitable and will not comment on what I do not know
e: diversifying into the power industry and other sectors No No,the company will not see the light of the day as the industry is capital intensive and not profitable yet, going by their balance sheet they don't even stand a chance to be a mid player in the industry
There are lots of ancillary services to be provided in the power value chain such as revenue collection e.g PAWAKAD, FETS etc.
f: provision of car tracking services what is tracking service? when any technician can do it for you, see let me tell you something if the 4.5G network is properly harnessed in Nigeria you can configure your phone for tracking Theoretically. Practically this unit is profitable and added almost N100m to the bottom line annually

4:Profits have been consistently growing but they need to raise additional equity given the volume of business to be tapped due to the cabotage law which favours Nigerian companies for the provision of shipping services in nigeria. they have previously relied on bank loans to finance the business and paid 2billion interest in 2016.See profit growth is nothing to me, respect sustainability. I strongly believe you don't understand what Cabotage Law is ? if you understand go and ask the indigenous ship owners they will tell you it can not work in Nigeria though is good on paper.just ask anybody working in the seaports how indigenous ship owners are surviving. They thought the foreign companies have taken there work not realizing that they grossly lack the capacity to handle them and that is the reason why Federal government is considering floating shipping line. using more than 10% of your gross revenue to finance your debt is a recipe for catastrophe aaaaahahaha me I know dey. I know for a fact most of the ships were financed via asset financing where the cash flow from long term contract with IOC are used to pay for the loans used in buying the ships. This is a fact not an assumption.About cabotage law not working in Nigeria, C&I has grown its fleet of vessel to over 18 ships under the regime with some ships costing $15m

I have seen a couple of people mention Japaul while referring to C&I Leasing. You could as well mention Oceanic and Intercontinental when referring to the investment prospect of UBA. Kindly judge each company on its own strength

I failed to mention that C&I leasing owns the largest leasing company in Ghana LeaseAfric and also has a very profitable subsidiary in Ghana.

I will pretend I did not read this post, but I think the girl has no right to beat her boyfriend in public. Maybe they should report the matter to the village elders if the neighbour refuse to pay his rent they should just kill the landlord and forget about the missing car.

Just mimicing one person who advocates but does not have a single unit of oando on the grammar level.
