IchimokuPilot: No not me Sir. ...it must be 'the dumping effect from Sir PETERICHYS many dump truck'. ...or maybe the cash exchange process from Sir COOLCASH. Am also suspecting the likely 'insider impact from Sir AGBA'. ...It's also possible that the said monies 'may have come from a one off act from Sir RABBIDORACLES mattress. #NOTMESIR #ASKTHEM 2 Likes |

kolaish: 1. 300% of 35k is ₦1.40! 2. You average price of Fidelity is ₦2.32 and you sold at ₦2.99 and still made a loss! This reminds me of Peterichy and his average prices for Oando. That was years back on SMN. |

Sir, the fair value of Zenith emmanuelewumi: |

mendes911:Please, never compare me with peterichy. The above is a typographical error, which I have corrected just some minutes ago after I finished answering phone calls. I bought at 3.32 not 2.32 and 300% gain of 35k mean that the price gets to 140k before I sell. I have nothing to gain or lose by lying here, go and check my post, there is nothing to hide in this forum. When circumstance demand, I normally reveal figures of my transactions. I use morgan, if you want, I can snap the details of the transactions and post it here. Try and understand that one may be typing and answering phone conversation at the same time, hence, the error. 2 Likes |

2zona: How many companies in the history of NSE or any market for that matter deliver over 10% dividend yield? I think we need to mix our expectation with some dose of reality! 10% dividend yield is an abnormality! None of the results released (except for SEPLAT) can be said to be above market expectation. That's why you are not seeing much reaction from the market because the outcome is already reflected in current prices. 4 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: I will prefer to add 5% premium to the yield of 10years bond before using the figure to discount the EPS to get my fair value. The 5% premium is to cover for the risk of investing in stock as against risk free investment like FGN bond. The premium I used in my calculation is based on the risk nature of the stock in question. It can be more than 5%. My approach. |

rebekah2011: Except GTB takes a huge haircut, GTB will trade at a higher PE than Zenith. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 6:40pm On Mar 12, 2018 |
emmanuelewumi: rebekah2011: GTBANKs Fair Price will most likely push up above that ZENITH after the release of its YE result. But just like last Yr end, I do not think it can pay out up to what Mr ZENITH just declared as dividend. Last yr, ZENITH paid out a cumulative N2.02 dividend (interim + final) as against the slightly lower N2 total pay out from Mr GTB. However one of these 2 men is, and will most likely remain a better coperate gov entity than the other. ...and if u ask me, I'd say Mr GTB. For that man is of the category of class and honor within the banking sector. ...at least in the minds and soul of a majority of key players in that zone. ...and that's why u will always have a faster and better reflection in its share price. Things might change in future though. ...but for now, the present is just what it is !! 2 Likes |

currentprice: End of February 2018 report, we need the check the statistics of domestic Vs foreign investments (buy/sell) in NSE. This will show if they are gradually handing the Kaya to us. When you see 75% domestic and 25% foreign, then we have bought enough monkeys. 1 Like |
