Hello everyone,
Like I said earlier I already have a CSCS account with some stocks but I want to buy more and would want to enjoy the liberty to sell anytime I wish just like I used to do before when stock trading was lucrative.
I have gone through the website of Fidelity....all am seeing is 50 million naira to start with them.....I need advice on choosing a stockbroker in Abuja....would have loved to continue with city code.....but due to certain logistic reasons I would prefer another stockbroker in Abuja....preferably not far from my office @maitama

grin Oh dear, let not your portfolio be shaken. Bloodletting is part of the life cycle of stock investing. The journey is never smooth and straight. The market is only volatile for now. The cause is that some people have not CHOPPED shares money for over 5 years now and are excited at this reawakening of the market. They are taking profits to celebrate the new dawn. Join the celebration.

After the celebration will come a saturation point when investors will now be interested in the long term growth.

No shaking. Just keep on investing! cheesy

Bros, in any venture and especially in the Nigerian Stock Market, you need a fair level of personal conviction before you go in. Don't base your investment decisions only on what someone else says, especially if you don't fully understand what is being said.
Having said that, it is important to know that the fluctuations(upward & downward movements of share prices & indices) in the stock market are a part of every stock market. Understanding the causes & effects, advantages & disadvantages of these fluctuations is one of the things that separates investors from investors.
My portfolio has been declining of recent too. But I am still buying(majorly) & selling(sparingly) shares. I don't want to categorically tell you one thing now & 2moro you will come and start calling my name that I was the one that told you to keep buying.

@merciliciuos,abeg take it easy...that is how the market is....What goes up must come down but will eventually go up again...Aiico and nascon is a good buy lets just wait for the result and give it time....i don already purchase about 1,000 units of aiico recently.... cheesy....

as for sterling bank dont worry...infact read this: http://proshareng.com/news/19812/STERLNBANK-records-fresh-bargain-sentiments-after-hitting-support-level

and pls learn to do your own analysis about the market and accept responsibility for your own actions..enjoy
