OakPearl: To add to that, UACNs current leverage stance(including but not limited to the recent $40M liquidity boost from imperial logistic) will only serve to strengthen their bottom line and grow top line. Again, a reducing rate environment(real sector in view) can only push their earnings(projected EM) and increase the chance of a higher YoY distributable payout(DPS). ...2019 will most likely see a >0.65k it doled out for last yr. As I said the other day; Looking @ the reits nominal makt value, the group's intrinsic value, and both entities present price to possible allotment ratio post unbundling(P/B and OS of both coys in view), its makes 'extraordinary sense' to ACCUMULATE UACN now !! It's funny that the P/B and EM of the reits and updc(which are entities that one will get, holding uacn post unbundling) combines at a much higher premium to the present price of the coy !! ...a great opportunity of arbitrage. UACN is a mid term hold. No further comment !! 1 Like |

Coolcash1: Of course it should be. ...especially, because ur not in the said stock. But when u eventually key in(which I know ur itching to do), it will become VALUE TRADING. ...then u'll begin to speak in a different tone. I think it will do u a lot of good to stop this 2 sided side to u, using different handles. ...it's not human. I wouldn't like to put u on the expose. Given ur person, u should've outgrown this sought of disposition by now. 1 Like |

austinkenneth: Unless there is a very urgent need for fund, I will hold with UNSHAKABLE confidence if I were u. ...I wouldn't panic at all !! I also want to believe the said price u bought is exclusive of the 25k FY 2018 dividend payout. ...given that the stock traded @ that price before the ex-dividend date. So ur actual EP should be approx N2.70 raking off the dividend. But even if that's not the case, I will still HOLD. That's just me though. My advise: Pls follow ur instinct. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by CashDiMkpa: 2:59pm On Sep 05, 2019 |
austinkenneth: Awww... Even at that price the dividend yield for 2018 wasn't that bad and it "may" be better in 2019. Keep and eye on it but i dont believe this is one of the stocks you should take a loss on just yet. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by austinkenneth: 3:40pm On Sep 05, 2019 |
onegentleguy: Thanks. You're right. I bought before the dividend... That's effectively N2.70 entry price. Afraid dey catch me whether some folks are wary of some contract cancellation somewhere and are selling off in advance. NSE just dey weak person at times. |

austinkenneth:Except their is a general market bullish condition, Caverton may likely touch 195k in the next two months. But, if you can wait till they release their Q4, you will recoup and probably make a little profit on your investment. The lesson here is to avoid entering stocks on a high. Above is my candid opinion please. 2 Likes |
