Mcy56:My dear I'm not distrubed at all because I know what I bought and the reason for buying it. I just felt like enlightening the forum members about the stock. Besides todays post on the UACN is the summary of everything. I will only speak about UACN again if and only if there is serious need to do so. |

PETERiCHY: Today GUINESS closedc@N18 but our bids at N17 didn't get filled so 2moro we move it down to N16.50k junction. For the NEWBIES the month of JUNE is for SUMMER HOLIDAY when people go to catch fun at beaches. So nothing really PROPELS a general UPWARD stock price MOVEMENT at this time of the year. SMART TRADERS will mostly swoop on the MARKET at BARGAIN PRICES towards MONTH END in anticipation H/Y results that will start ROLLING out from mid JULY. BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE! 4 Likes 1 Share

emmanuelewumi: In other words, the company must work hard to attract your hard earned money. The beauty of the market is chartists (jijoists) care less, while fundamentlists adhere, but they all still "chop" from the same market. 1 Like |

https://nairametrics.com/2020/06/08/disclosed-insider-dealing-seen-impacting-share-prices/ VIEWSDisclosed insider dealing seen impacting share prices. It appears there is a correlation between insider dealings and share prices. On May 28, 2020, a director at Dangote Cement, Devakumar Edwin, purchased 1 million units of the stock valued at N138.5 million. This is according to official disclosure by the company via the Nigerian Stock Exchange published June 1, 2020. Between the 11th and 12th of May 2020, a major shareholder at UACN, Blakeney JP sold a cumulative 50 million unit os shares of the stock at prices ranging between N6.02 and N6.9. Insider Dealing The Nigerian Stock Exchange introduced the new “Insider Dealing” disclosure last year to limit the high prevalence of insider targeted sale of shares without informing the public. Proponents of transparency in matters of the stock exchange have often complained about insiders (directors and management of companies) with knowledge of the operations of the company trading the stock without adequate disclosures. I want to assume this is net of debits and credits. Credit is coming from debts forgivenes by the bank(Access) which was previously accrued for by JP. Debit is coming from assets lease out by JP which client defaulted in payments. Agregate makes net credit. Which JP recognised as other income. Note: This figure does not involve exchange of liquid cash. It is just for the books Mcy56: 1 Like |

stcool:You know, what I read here earlier was that they sold off assets to pay diamond debt, whereas diamond/access debt was a waiver. You see what I was saying about sentiment? Nsempas are not even ready to look at what the financial book was saying at all. This doesn't look good enough. I mentioned it sometimes ago that analysis of audited financial books have long been replaced with mere speculations, assumptions and sentiments here. 1 Like |
