@Agbalowomeri, this is a herculean task, I must confess.
However, with available data on Pa Emma, it shows he was most likely born before Nigeria civil war of 1967; approx. 56 years ago!

IF Pa Emma was very active during 2008 market crash; rock Madonna song - La Isla Bonita in 1987; and could recall how late Prof Akin Adesola built UNILAG's Senate with N15m in 1984 (using internally generated funds and donation), then Pa Emma should be almost as old as Nigeria Independence (1960) cheesy

However, to be on the conservative side, Support is provided at 1967 (+/- 5)
Happy Weekend all!

My old man worked closely with late Prof Akin Adesola between 1982 and 1987, that was how I got the information concerning the cost price of the project executed by Soleh Boneh an Israeli civil engineering and construction firm

Experience is the best teacher, humility is very important.

Python can disappoint.

Experience, humility, margin of safety and understanding market psychology will always make one a winner, does not matter if the market is bearish or bullish

Zenith Bank, for example, must provide justifications in their Q2 why its price will not test below 30 after creating double top last week

...only a better than average news will cause immediate reversal of the market next week with the rejection at the resistance level. We might witness early bull but price likely may fall to 60k (or there about); except better news emerge somewhere

Going by Pa Emma account of things that happened in the 80s comparing it to what I can equally remember. Like me learning my first bike riding in a primary school field for a kobo. And my favourite drink then Green shandy. I believe he came after the biafra war.He should be btw 52-53 yrs.

Then to my kobo stock friends if you could play long time for cham Like 2 yrs.It has the potential to hit #2.00. It is a promising growth company .And in a sector with great potential going by our population/ services they render. Then for jegede and some insurance companies I still have plenty reservations .

The Technical analyst of chronological age of PA Emma 1960 +/_ 5
The Sentimental and Fundamental analysis of his age equally predicted late 40s , this was arrived at after scrutinizing the words of wisdom gathered from his posts 📫 from 2003 till date, and the possibility that Pa-emma couldn't have be his first Monica on Nairaland due to the fact that majority of early users on Nairaland must have used more than one Monicas.
The late 40s correlates with TA age of 1965 +/5
Therfore PA-Emma was born between 1970 to 1975. ie 48 to 53 yrs.
Has anyone ever noticed that Pa Emma is not a fan of crypto currency?
I strongly 💪 observed that he rarely speaks about Bitcoin. He would rather give you instant financial report of any listed company on the Nigeria Boursel.
He also has a strong bias for NGX, he believes there is more value here than NYSE. There is a remote possibility that NYSE 😳 must have humbled our own Pa Emma.
His view 😍 on Warren Buffett is divergent, while he is a strong fan of Jim Ovia and Segun Agbaje. He has refused to align with APC and LP , meaning he could have a love ❤️ for PDP.
Most of his investment success and breakthrough must have happened during the PDP Era, this is consistent with Nigerians of age bracket 47 to 55 who had the opportunity of investing in the moderate glorious days of Nigeria 🇳🇬 nation.
Pa-emma, come out and tell us your real age. We will continue to celebrate you remotely. I already told 2 new guys that want to learn TA and FA of Nigeria Bourse to follow you.

A Corporate Heist –
In 2023 Oba Otudeko, the new majority shareholder of First Bank PLC and the founder of Honeywell Group, owes Eco Bank PLC 13.5 billion naira in debt. The money was actually given to Honeywell, a fast-moving consumer goods company that he founded, and Oba Otudeko personally guaranteed the loan. The loan was disbursed in 2013, 10 years ago, and the original amount disbursed was 5.5 billion naira. A disagreement ensued between Oba Otudeko and Eco Bank on the interest rate. The matter dragged on until, at a point, the billionaire industrialist said he wouldn’t pay back any kobo again, so Eco Bank should do their worst.
The problem for Eco Bank is that there is no longer a company called Honeywell, which was the collateral in 2013 to liquidate. It does not exist again. Flour Mill of Nigeria bought the company from Oba Otudeko for a sum of 82 billion, so technically, the company does not belong to Oba Otudeko again; it belongs to Flour Mill of Nigeria. Moreso, Oba Otudeko's wealth is not easy to trace; he scattered his wealth using SPVs (special purpose vehicles) and proxies, so you can’t easily trace an asset or money that he owned. eria's oldest bank, First Bank.
copyright: @RealOlaudah

Oba otudeko and debt na 5&6 (Oni gbe se ya ya ya!!). He can only run, last last his schenanigans will catch up with him. He is pretty much investing via proxy for Ecobank. Hopefully, Ecobank's legal team don't fumble the bag going forward. will be interesting to see what % of Flourmill/ Honeywell and FBN gets liqudated to service the loan . T

You are correct about crypto, I invest in what I understand how the Investment makes money. if it doesn't generate cash flow, I don't buy.

Concerning APC, LP or PDP. I hardly discuss politics, religion, tribe, they are highly divisive.

Our leaders only use that to divide us
