Funds in "DCS MODE" used to go to CSCS for payment.
It's only when the fund is resident with the broker that they can pay.
Generally, brokers are responsible for crediting bank accounts when withdrawal is made.

I think Oando will start putting brakes on its fall tomorrow, if it closes low at all. I think Oando will cross 100 based on observation. It has exchanged over 24 billion naira in the last 5 days. Even today, with the risk of further decline, it managed to exchange 3.2 billion naira, which is 2 million dollars (at a rate of 1600). This is just observational analysis and not buy or sell advice.
