Exactly my point, there must be a reason for that. Although if he had gone to the market, he might have pushed the price above N5 before he finished buying shares worth 20B naira.

Anyway let keep our finger crossed, we shall see in 6 months to 1 year time.

Thank you for keeping the conversation civil without throwing jabs.

For a corporate organisation like MBC securities ltd, would you have expected a negotiation without a legal tussle (Behind the scene negotiation). And would this have happened without taking over the leadership structure of ELLAH Lakes?

That was why they converted their loan to equity. Why didn't they get the loan from a bank.

MBC is a stockbroking/Investment banking firm. I don't know much about the capital raising exercise of Ellah.

MBC might have been the issuing house to their find raising exercise.

During the IPO of Presco at N5.00. Tbe offer was not successful. Stanbic IBTC being the issuing house to the offer had to warehouse about 100 million shares and paid Presco the fund they required.

Stanbic IBTC was then invited to the board of Presco represented by Yinka Sanni, Chief Segun Osunkeye the former CEO and later Chairman of Nestle became the chairman of Presco.

As God would have it few years after Presco was listed, the company became profitable, paying dividends and growing earnings, Stanbic IBTC was able to sell their 100 million shares for N20 per share within 5 years after it was listed

Some of these big buyers might be trying to launder money, so they are not expected to make intelligent investment decisions.

Following crowd is a risk on its own, in this stock business, nobody knows all..

They hyped this aradel reach cloud 9, now their fundamental reality is here but they still couldn't call a spade a spade, no wahala na..

Naso one of my friends do follow follow go sell ellahlakes to enter aradel at high, now wahala don't jam agbako.. grin grin grin forgetting that 10 loss on ellahlakes is different from 10% of aradel emotionally... grin grin

I even thought with their negative energy that is yet to be substantiate, one would have thought ellahlakes will be 10% down today..

I told you people in ellahlakes knows what is at stake before buying...

Pls sell so that we can cherry pick it, fund they wallet already... grin grin

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by BullBearMkt(m): 1:21pm On Oct 30
Every asset has its expansion and contraction periods. A major mistake investors and traders make is investing during the expansion phase, where 20-30% of the time, we may be profitable in the market. However, research shows that most profits are made during the contraction phase by the “patient investors.”
