Nairmetrics isn't responsible for the negatives, it is expected to happen. Let's see how things keep going for Oando as Wale will maybe become born again overnight grin

You mean the huge N282b loss earlier reported by Nariametrics could not have influenced some people? Personally, I almost took a drastic decision because of that report until I went back to double check the figures.
I did not mean that Nairametrics was solely responsible for the negatives. The negatives originated from the suspension of Oando, and most people just wanted to cash out and keep their money safe once it was lifted.
But the news of N282b loss that followed immediately made things worse.

Every news item from a hitherto reputable media house matters, because that may be the sole source of info for some investors.

To a large extent ARADEL was supposed to drop 10% today.

No one can EVER accurately predict the market... wink

Your definition of unbiased get as e be, so the auditor's opinion is also biased

No, don't get it wrong. I was just being sarcastic.
Me mentioning @Bovali giving us unbiased analysis does not mean I am saying you will give a biased analysis.
I was just silent on the kind of analysis to expect from you.

I agree with all the fundamentals that you pointed out about Oando. Just that some of us appreciate the improvements that we see going on, though gradual and not as significant as everybody may expect.

Oando is a risk, everyone knows. We are only taking our chances, just like there are elements of risk with every other stocks, but the risk exposure differs.

I was waiting for the 10% drop so that I can buy 1,000 units but it never happened.

Hopefully it will drop a bit tomorrow so that I can load more. It seem it is gradually finding support around ₦360.

How much is this bottom if I may ask?

This is anybody's guess and that's my point. Trying to guess the bottom would most likely be sub optimal.

It's better to wait for the market to decide before stepping in

Not V shaped reversal but pull backs. It should hopefully complete the 5 Elliot waves

Most likely there will be pull backs but how many people can successfully time those pull backs. In fact trying to time them will be a fools errand

I believe most banks will break their 52 week high.

This rally has not even begun. These banks are insanely undervalued

One great assets to possess in this market is a strong mind; one that is also teachable. Never be bullied by the noise or 800% that anyone makes. Goals are different, and so are strategies.

The quoted post was in response to my January post about the bull being not aggresive enough to tempt. I felt attacked by the response, but I smiled.

Uncle mi, what I meant was that there was still indefinite room for my BE of UBA @N8, Access @N11, DANGSUGAR @17.70, UCAP @N3, PRESCO @ <N120 among others.

I smiled, and "time patiently put things in perspectives" (respect to OGG). Often times, while traders are celebrating an Oando from N7 to N80, investors are rejoicing over a UCAP that's giving massive bonus and interim dividends. Just choose your camp and don't throw stones into others' camp.

A trader feels the need to protect every 50% gain, while an investor wants to remain in a company that grows from N1k into N1m even if it takes a decades.

Follow-follow without growing in knowledge in this market na highway to winning big and losing all. After many years of amassing money in the market, it will be time for children to inherit everything.

1. If your approach has been to follow the money and follow the picks on NSEMPA without knowledge, where would those children go to for picks?

2. With what knowledge will they manage the inheritance? Gamble all in the market?

Brotherly advice, please don't wait till the capital raising exercise.

I'm not even in Oando now, though I remain at high alert for opportunity to re-JI.

I do Oando with Gamble funds.

I did the last bull from km 18 to 79 and jumped out, leaving only a very scanty presence.
And, thank God, I didn't throw the loot back into Aradel.
In this game you look well before you JI.

Regarding the recapitalization, you can only be wiped out or swallowed in dilution if you remain in the stock till the new shares are listed.
Before that would happen in Oando, there could be room for two JIJOs or more.

Thanks for the caution all the same.

(Do your due diligence as this is my opinion)

Near term (to Long term) prices if there is a parabolic move on NSE index and stocks.

JB 100 to 120
WAPCO 150+ if not more.
Dangote cement 450 to 500
Seplat 2k5+
Nestle 3K+

Flourmill needs to spike out of control towards 200 to 300. Food crisis will get severe and man must chop

Conoil 300+
Total 600+
FO 450+
Transcorp 15+

Bua cement is about to breakout. It will be rapid. Soon people go begin drink cement.

For the Brewers, I gave possible price targets earlier. Because when economy/globe good, you drink to celebrate. But when economy/globe bad, you drink to cure stress and depression.

For Banks, I gave possible price targets as well.

With these, NSE ASI will easily do 100K and above.

I used high class because I don't even know the English to qualify it. 😁
Boss hope you still visit this thread as guest to see and scan thru the different noises here 😁
Twale Sir!!! 🙌🍾🌹

JB did @172; Dangcem 600+ b/4 pullback to 478; CONOIL @208: SEPLAT 5k+, the banks appreciating, etc.

Though Nigeria happened to Nestle but if not for FX losses, Nestle should have been around 2k at least.....
WAPCO??
