Ikeja Hotel and Cornerstone both feature on my watchlist as well. Ikeja is really undervalued. The only downside to the stock is the low dividend performance for long termers who may be fixated on dividend, but may be a good stock for capital appreciation.

Ikeja Hotel on Full Offer.

Now at N11.65

Is it likely to swing up or down in price?

Access Holding Fair Value after new right shares dilution using Q3 financials;

Book Value: Equity 3.33trillion Naira dividend by New Total O/S of 53bn units

3.33Trillion Naira /53Billion unit = 62naira per share

Book value per share (BVPS) is a metric that measures a company's equity per share, or the portion of a company's equity that would be attributed to each share of common stock if the company were to liquidate.

EPS: 440billion/53billion unit = 8.3naira per share

P.E ratio: Share price N24.5 / N8.3 = 2.95

A price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 2.95 means that it would cost N2.95 to buy N1 of a company's earnings.

P/E ratios are used to help investors determine how much they are paying for a company's profits.
A lower P/E ratio is generally considered better because it means the investor is paying less for each naira of earnings.
