Most of them are now trading below their support levels=quick cash at the slightest upward swing.
However, beyond that, Berger Paints is stubbornly refusing to shed any kobo yet probably because of a bumper dividend of N0.75 coming this month! If not for the bears at the moment, this should be heading to N15-N20 by now!

On NSE website,Costain has not recorded any trade and no update of price movement..........Why?....Because on Meritrade you can see that it has traded many units around 1.01......................

I always laugh when i see guys counting their gains in volatile stocks like Costain, Eterna, ABC trans, Vono etal. Banking on these kinda stocks is like dancing on a thin rope. Profit taking is not guaranteed cos of the low volume of transactions unless you are extra smart and not greedy
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by angelo82: 2:20pm On Jun 04, 2015
Not much but I made 7% the next day after buying Vitafoam..............Just that anything build on speculation is not reliable..............

I observed from my itrade platform, which is still open, that Costain traded 11,530 units and shed 0.05k.

On Vitaform- though it fell to as low as N5.02k and closed at N5.29k.I noticed that the price jumped from N5.02k to N5.29k @ exactly 14:28:56pm with over 1.2m units traded. Could this be the handiwork of their market makers?

If am target a bank this bear (beer grin) period, that bank should be UBA.
Note, bluechip are d first to bounce bank after long bear period. Choose a battered strong stock with a good fundermental.

Sister, if you are not fearful, i will suggest you look at the way of ACCESS too. Some drama will unfold in that bank soon in terms of uptrend and upsides potential grin. Remember, it is just a suggestion lol. The interim dividend might be more than projected (increase) but not certain.

@SaiBuhari - I don't think your are spot on on your prediction this time (I may be wrong though). Based on your suggestion, i bought few shares of Vitafoam but had to opt out yesterday @ same price i bought - 5.25 (Incurred only broker's fee). The bear may rule the market for some days IMO. @all - please trade carefully and not not play with your real cash by throwing caution to the WIND

My Oga, pls check my post again. I gave time frame of on or before October for Vitafoam to achieve target. What you saw today in the market is across board. When the whole issue of policy direction of Buhari is known, things will change. And for the pendulum in Vitafoam, worry not whenever you see such pendulum.

@Myjoy. What drama are you talking about that will happen in Access? Please give a clue. Thank you.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by angelo82: 5:10pm On Jun 04, 2015
Access is going down a little below 5 and thats just the only and best time for traders to buy...............And as per Amcon issue,Access is number on their list..............Somethings tells that Chike has started offloading Amcon shares already because he said something like it will be done at the right time.............Amcon offloading will affect all the banks and also companies indebted to them,if I could recall the detail of the acquisition of sick bank and acquisition of bank bad loans from all the banks.............I have sold all my FBNH,the last batch that I bought at 9 and I am waiting for some stocks to touch their low..............Most blue chip stocks are the best to buy in bear time because they will recover fast......If UBA,FBNH and Access can touch a new low,it will be the best time to make a kill within short period................This offloading might take some days............Best strategy is to have cash sitting in your broking account and rush in as soon as they hit their low.........Its gravitational, they will definitely come up......Afriprud is good too if it go below 2.40........These are tested and proven shares that I have made profits........The trend is repeating itself...........
