Customer Contact Solutions Nigeria Limited is urgently in need of a Professional Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:
1 Ensures that the statutory accounting books are accurately kept and up to date.
2 Maintains effective and efficient payment procedures in all business transactions.
3 Maintains proper and up to date records of the company’s fixed assets.
4 Prepares end of year management accounts and reports for the management.
5 Liaises with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate transactions.
6 Prepares staff pay roll and ensures that PAYE: and other deductions are made and paid to the appropriate authority.
7 Ensures that withholding tax, VAT and company income tax are paid to the appropriate authority.
8 Reconciles Bank statements of accounts and prepares Bank reconciliation statements.
9 Prepares the end of year Accounts for audit purpose and liaise with the external auditors to ensure smooth conduct of audit process.
10 Provides financial advice to management as and when necessary.
11 Prepares essential documentation for the opening of Letters of Credit
12 Prepares invoices for payment of clients.
13 Ensures that the financial/accounting policies and procedures are complied with.
14 Prepares and make available to management schedule of debtors and creditors as and when required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1 Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience
- B.Sc. Accounting
- 6.7 years post qualification working experience
2 Professional Qualification
- ICAN/ACA

Computer Literacy
Good knowledge of financial rules
Flair for figures and head for details
Good communication+n and Interpersonal Skills
Honesty and integrity
Must have worked in an Audit Firm with an audit experience of not less than 2 years.
