Are All Nigerian Leaders Corrupt? by ffo(m): 12:18pm On Dec 20, 2012 |
I have been wondering about this for a while. We Nigerians have this perception about our leaders, that they are corrupt and selfish, but i feel there should be at least some of them who are clean or righteous. I know according to recent statistics, an average Nigerian is label "corrupt", also i am aware that Nigeria ranks among the most corrupt nations in the world. But i still believe that there are few Nigerians who are not corrupt, some Governors, ministers, President, senators, honourables, commissioners, Head of parastatals/agencies, DGs or even LG chairmen or counselors who may not be corrupt. Fellow Nairanders, I want to know your opinion on this! |

Callotti: Some are robbing the piggy-bank, others are driving the getaway cars! But i still believe that there are some out there who are clean, though i dont have statistics for that. It will be a fallacy if we conclude that ALL are corrupt. |

Infact yes, if EFCC, Police, ICPC, NSCDC are doing their job well we would have more prisioners in the class of Nigerian LOOTdERs than petty theives and victims of circumstances that litter our prisons. |

All of them are corrupt. The difference is dat they fall in two categories. Category A: Corrupt politicians who hav d interest of masses @ heart. Category B: Corrupt politicians dat are too selfish & don't care wat happen to those @ d grassroot nor wat becomes of d nation via there corrupt practices. Before u prove me wrong, simply define corruption & u'll see a reason to agree with me. 4 Likes |

All Nigerian Leaders are corrupt. Those we consider not corrupt are the less desperate ones. Even if you do not want to join them - they will either implicate you with something Or they will fight you (they will will not trust you to be around them). LastWord: Nigerian Politician in power do no like having honest people around them (except they are using you - which means you are corrupt too). |
