Try Omni Plaza at Ikeja GRA near Air Force officers Mess. In fact the officers mess has a hall that can be hired by civilians. Archbishop Vining Church on Oba Akinjobi Rd in GRA also has a hall. There are loads of hotels on that Allen, Opebi and Toyin axis - many have halls |
