Why do u need low blood pressure if your pressure is normal?

Arent there things to reduce it even if its high?

Were you not saying that smoking is 100% disadvantageous. Nobody recommends smoking for abnormal BP but that doesn't mean that it doesn't have any effect on them but doctors are more concerned about the other effects of smoking that may be worse than the BP especially when there are drugs for BP. On the other hand, whatever is the good thing you derive from chocolates can be gotten elsewhere from a less dangerous food. Chocolates are as poisonous as they come.

Smoking is a bad habit.we all have our bad habits which means if u can not tolorate a smoker then there is no love as understanding + tolerance = love.
a smoker would always find it difficult to quit immidiately so we should all guide the victim towards a gradual stop.
