USD/CHF Trade Opportunity – 27/08/2013 This chart shows an emerging Gartley pattern on USD/CHF. Point D is the potential reversal zone as it shows convergence of potential resistances as labeled in the attached chart. Observe price action at the D region for short opportunity. A break of point C before reaching point D invalidates this signal. Price region D is the region to short USD/HF. Confirm this with your own entry signal. PS – Our yesterday EUR/USD trading plan is still playing out our bias as analyzed. That means some green pips are already made while the trade is still very much alive.

it seems this PA is the best trading strategy, if one can master it to the fullest. Yomex y2 thanks a lot. i having been making use of what u taught in this tutorial and it has been a total ball game for me in forex world. I have open two positions now uj and ej and am smiling to my computer as both trades are going on my favour, courtesy of your system. thanks alot. how i wish i could post the screen short of my trade but i dont know how you guys do that. |

Bearish Divergence Plus Extended AB=CD Pattern on Gold There is now a formation of a bearish divergence on Gold on both he 1hr and 4hr TFs. This is in alignment wiht our yesterday's AB=CD pattern. Though, the AB=CD pattern has been extended. 1438 is the next fibo level for the extended CD leg. The essence of this is to guide you, confirm your entry with your own personal entry signal.

Rozay, abeg permit us space on our thread. Tutorial on AB=CD harmonic pattern For AB=CD pattern, First of all identify the pattern and label it. Note that it must have four distinct points A, B, C and D. Pictures will explain everything. This chart is for AUDJPY, 4hr TF If there's anything you dont understand, send your question via yahoo messenger. NOTE THIS: AB=CD pattern has the following rules 1)-----------When AB= 50, CD must be 2.00 2)-----------When AB = 61.8, CD must be 161.8 3)-----------When AB = 70.7, CD must be 141 Please note this! In the chart I posted here, AB was at 70.7 on point C, so CD was also at 141, which obeyed rule 3. Frawzey

EUR/USD - Bullish Gartley Pattern 29/8/2013 According to the attached chart, the reversal zone is at 3268/59 region. If you have been following our analysis, you will discover that we sighted this opportunity on Monday and tagged it as ‘’Emerging Gartley Pattern on EUR/USD 26/08/2013’’ on our blog. We called for a short position to target the D region. And this has yielded about 150pips. Now, the Gartley pattern has finally completed it’s formation at 3268/59 region. All we need now is to wait patiently for a reversal PA pattern to ride EU back up. Warning – Absence of a bullish PA pattern at the region will invalidate this signal and this will mean the CD leg might want to extend a bit but not to the extent of taking out point X. Happy trading.

For those who may still need more of what ayox2003 explained on C Point Retracement and BC Projection relationship of the AB=CD pattern, have more here C Point Retracement BC Projection (D) 0.382 2.24 or 2.618 0.50 2.0 0.618 1.618 0.707 1.41 0.786 1.27 0.886 1.13 Logically, the longer the retracement of AB at point (or the closer it is to 100%), the shorter the projection of BC at D. There is more to profiting from the currency markets than just pattern identification. The other aspects like Trade Execution and Position Management are equally as important to maximize profit potential and to reduce risk exposure. In summary, it's not all identified pattern that will work out, what will make one last in the business lies in Trade Execution and Position Management. |

murphydon: please sir, throw more light about this murrey lines....thanksFor murrey lines, there are different strategies for trading it, for me , i basically use murrey lines when price is getting to 8/8th,+1/8th,+2/8th and 0/8th,-1/8th,-2/8th. Most of the time, the trend will change when price gets to this zone. In other words, overbought and oversold regions. when price gets to this levels , then i start paying closer attention to price action. All in all, there are 1001 ways murrey lines could be used, some even use it as targets, cos price usually react at each level from 0/8th to 8/8th. pls google more on murrey and read it up. i attached the indicator earlier.throw it up on your chart and just observe how price reacts. i ll post some lesson notes later on based on the intraday i talked about |
