The best
1. Robert Mugabe. For not being a flip -flop confused sell-out
2. Gbagbo ( former president of Cote d'Ivoire) ,for resisting against French criminal presidents Chirac ad Sarkozy.
3.Dos Santos ,President of Angola, for not being a sell-out. He cared for the welfare of his people.
4. Malick, Sall of Senegal for taking a direction other than Abdoulaye Wade, his predecessor.

The worst.
1. War criminal Allassane Ouattara of Cote d'Ivoire. He killed thousands of innocent women, children and men for no reason. Since he is in power he does nothing expect borrowing money
from the world bank and IMF.
2. Blaise Compaore the Criminal president of Burkina Faso.
3. Faure Eyadema, the gangster who is leading a regime of thugs in Togo
4. The leader of Libya.
