Utility84: Utility84:and dis so call omitted list doesnt base on merit.they release it to favour sum staff wch their slots ar nt included in d original list or sumtyms they upgraded d original list by adding sum of d names being omitted even, naw dey dont paste omitted list again they used to upgrade so,there is no 2nd list persay.
