Housing is the most important necessity facing individual in recent time. Hence there have been provision for functional mortgage plan in developed economy.
Unfortunately, mortgage exist only in theory in Nigeria, a situation that have dwarfed the growth of property/real estate business.
One is tempted to ask if the economy will not get a boost if the czar at CBN contribute half the energy he put in seeing the emergence of Islamic banks or pursuing printing of new treasury bill to making the mortgage bank work in Nigeria. The benefit cannot be over emphasised

U re trully on point.dis high rate of house rent in nigeria shld be used channelled to bond(mortgage installmental payment)buh obviously is nt cos nigeria is a failed state!
