As for d aloe vera drink, dats a little tricky making it yourself cus getting d aloe vera itself na mission. I'll advice u settle for d ready drinks. A cup a day wiv do. wink

Yeah am back again....
for smooth and shiny skin,

i drink shekpe in the morning,after which i migrate to the car park to have ma B/fast

''beans and pepper soup mixed with kunu''
''two kpomo + carnel stew,and some spaghetti''
''flush it down with small stout''

then during pm,i apply my Vaseline after eating roasted plantain with red oil and onion.
followed by garden egg leaves with salt and ogiri..

Secondly..... Happy new year!

Thirdly.... Are u worried about d bitterness or d end result? Besides, its not like u drinking bitter-leaf herbs na! If it helps...have one of 5 a day ready, stuff like apple, orange, grapes, etc..immediately u down d aloe vera drink, u munch on any of d 5 a day. Equation balanced! U copy? Dats my Lil secretz wen I am forced to take "agbo Jedi" I use d same one of 5 method. grin grin

I've not taken an Aloe Vera drink before but I've taken bitter leaf drink; I squeezed the leaf to extract the juice. Yeah, very bitter but I kinda liked it because I know it's beneficial to the body.

I asked why Aloe Vera because I'm surprised it can be taken for beauty purpose.
