Please could someon let me know an audio format or the audio format that I can use to write a CD such that it is playable on normal CD players/decks. I have a good converter but I'm not just sure of which format to use. THANKS!!!!!

best opt is use a writing software like nero which gives u the option on creating an audio cd.
the writing utility bundled with windows does similar stuff.

Thanks, but then Nero increases the size by like 700MB in this format, I wonder why. Can .wav do the trick?

Cd audio format is cd quality thats why the file size is big. But most cd players can now play mp3 format

Thanks, if the file format is originally MP3 and I use the program that is budled with windows, will it be automatically be converted to CD-DA format?
