Well,truth is the question should be re phrased. Eating three square meal for an average busy adult? Three sq meal for me should be for growing up kids. You must ensure the eat properly and with precision at all time. But for an adult to stil think or even get hungry three times daily? I can only ponder. At times,urs sincerely don't even remember food till wen it's too late... Though,this is too bad sha. But as one progress in life,so many things takes eminence and ur thoughts are differently calculated. You will conquer hunger in Jesus name

Aafulenu: since i can remember, in my house we eat just twice, morning and night. and its not cos there isnt food. its just a lazy habit we formed @ home d that stuck.
i remember my mum and dad would go to work in the morning and return @ night. so our lunch was in the hand of my eldest sister. once its afternoon and u tell her that ur hungry, she will ask u if u dont knw where the kitchen is. lol.
na so two times a day food start ohhh, and till nw all my siblings eat two times even as we are all grown up and can prepare our own meals.

that is all so in ma place now I eat ma morning food by 2 -3 no eating till nite

I dey chau 3-course meal 3 times daily...

Most times I dey configure am like this...

Breakfast

Starter: Ginger bread
Main course: Beef Lasagne
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding

Lunch

Breaded Haddock or Plaice with fries

Dinner

Starter: Sponge cake
Main course: Bolognaise
Dessert: Chocolate cake with custard


But when I dey Naija, na steady Gala and La Casera on the go...

In nigeria situation is so bad dat its has now come to stay in our meal .people eat sometimes 0 0 1 ... Some lucky ones 1 0 1 some folks sef na garri all thru and those bastards in aso rock are purchasing 60 million usd phones (not fertilizers) for farmers....I hate dis nation

i can afford even 20X/day but i most times because of my job schedule. sometimes once or twice and some other times none at all but in between gala, meat-pie, burger, la casera and diet coke in the car is the other of my regular working day.

I eat anytime I'm hungry, so I don't usually count. But some times up to 5 times a day!! truth be told, my appetite for good food knows no bound!

for me it's 0-1-1 because I normally eat breakfast between 11am & 12pm which we term brunch and supper late in the night(9/10pm).

Afam4eva: Na any time wey i see food i dey eat. At times i eat once a day. At times i eat 5 times a day. There's nothing like breakfast. It's more like break slow. I don't know what to call the food you eat at 12 noon. Brunch right? God punish dinner. It's more like mid-night food. I fit wake up anything go chop. Eating has no time frame for me.

though; my parents are not that wealthy.in our family we eat as many times we want.
