Lol Drink warm lemon water on an empty stomach very early in the morning you can also substitute the lemon by the AVC ,the two have worked for me and I have a very flat stomach |

Drink a cup of water (not cold) 1st tin in d morning to help ur bowel, Reduce ur alchohol intake, Avoid eating late, u shld eat atleast 3hrs before you go to bed, Avoid heavy food at night, eat very light at night Take more fruits and vegetables Sit up straight when eating and abt 10mins after eating, U can also walk ard 4 atleast 2mins after eating, Take a cup of water (not cold) before going to bed, Do as much exercise as u can even if its just walking around Goodluck. |

ashmanpolo:Yes it is. Did you take any alcohol between ages 1 and 14? Did you die or did you have any abnormal development as a result of your 'non-drinking' of alcohol? If no, then you can do it. Desperate cases call for desperate actions. You'll have to agree with that. Your 200 pushups is tantamount to nothing if you do not change your eating or drinking habits. PS: You could add jogging to your daily 'To do' list. |
