if 2/(64/125)^-2/3, then leave the numerator and deal with denominator you will have (64/125)^-2/3, take the cube root of 64 and 125 that gives (4/5)^-2=1/(16/25)= 1/1*25/16=25/16 then bring the numerator you will have.... 2/(25/16)=2/1*16/25=32/25... Note ^- means 1/
