Hello Nairalanders.... I noticed my jobberman account requires is telling me i'm out of application credit. Please does jobberman now wants applicants to pay before applyying 4 a job?, or am i the only one noticing this?

I000 naira 4 1 month or 2500 for 3month.

it just doesn't sound right at all. Jobberman nw expects the unemployed to be making a monthly paying to apply for jobs.
I think job advertisers needs to be aware of this so they can know their job advert is not reaching the right people

Note, not everyone looking for a job is unemployed. There are 30m currently employed Nigerians out there looking for better jobs. Employed people seeking for better opportunities form the majority of the people on Jobberman.

What of people who are fresh not much experienced or even with entry level experience and can not afford the charges?
I mean how much can 5 application credit suppose to do? and even referal is not effective , i have reffered a couple of times on twitter and facebook and i've not even won a credit. I just think you should try to be a bit more considerate.

You are definetly not giving job seekers guarantee that their cvs would be submitted to ur so called clients....
If I pay 1k per month, I'd like to see the direct email of the company I'm applying to,not a "jbng.me" email add..
Also make the payment process much more easier!
But do you think its fair you tax people for job adverts witout assuring them of the job?..all u r offering is a company name!30million people are employed bt 100miliion are not..
Pls seek ur gain and profits from other means,not draining people that cannot even eat a meal per day..

When I said adverts, I meant firms paying to advertise on jobberman.
The firms looking for employees to should pay jobberman.

Most of jobberman vacancy advert are from Guardian and punch newspaper other websites. Therefore, it is uncalled for a job site to tell unemployed graduate to pay money b4 they can apply. Its like Guardian newspaper tell people to pay money b4 they apply 4 job that appear on their website.

Most of these websites don't know about online business, do you pay monthly subscription for facebook, then why would jobberman leverage packages for jobs. I think we need an association that checks all all websites in Nigeria.

Recycled jobs ; copy and paste with different company name and dates.

Many thanks for taking your time to give an explanation. But then, think of it like this, financial commitments should tilt to the prospective employers, which I believe it's way it has been previously. They're the people you work for, people who apply for jobs through jobberman have very little to gain, it doesn't guarantee getting the job and above all without them no firm would ask you to advertise. Bad business move. Finally, I wanted to complain to you guys before now, your job listing is very limited, only Lagos I think, even nairaland offers more opportunities.
