@OP. I doubt if we have aa recycling plastic plant. A lot of used pet bottles and water sachet would ve been turned into raw materials which will reduce capital outflow from the economy. It is a viable business one can invest in. Multilateral agencie/donors are looking towards this type of business in abuja.
