U ar stil sayn d same tn. Can u use an ordinary cl to bleach? Cl is a gas. U av to dislve it in a slvent to perfrm d bleachn action. HOCl(chlorine water) wil bleach. It supplies d oxygen needd 4 d bleachn cuz cl bleaches by oxidation.
