At the moment I have a very Serious buyer for BLCO ready to take reassigned ATB
Presently the buyer for BLCO is looking for a serious seller that can give him product.
the procedure buyer wants is after signing,seller gives ATB and Clearance for supercago to confirm product and captain gives acknowledgment.then buyer places instrument immediately.
for a fresh ATB /Clearance,buyer will get a tugboat
but buyer is also ready to take a Reassigned ATB.So for a Reassigned ATB,seller will get a tugboat and board buyer supercargo. The price should be $10/6.
