@Adex... Make sure the passport u've been trying to upload was not downloaded from an email account or a web portal of that nature.

Having made sure of that, Try scanning the passport afresh and save it in the required format.

Upload it, then u'll be good to go.

I think this would help. B'cos i practically went through the same hurdle but the above steps came in handy.

Which of the cards have u been using, verve or mastercard?

I've scanned it twice now with same jpeg format but its not uploading. Was it saying" jpg
file extension expected" when you encountered same problem?
