I think It goes a long way to show how clueless and confused the F.C.T minister and this Goodluck's administration are,in developed countries,leaders don't introduce new laws without proper survey,sensitisation and without putting needed structures in place in other to avoid adverse effects on the masses but its so saddening that in our case in this country,its always the opposite.
