Osun Shortlist Graduates For New OYES by blunderass01: 5:13pm On Jan 18, 2013 |
The list is out (first batch) and graduates were the only successful candidates. A good development, at least to me. http://www.oyes.org.ng/ [+] Admission into OYES is FREE and FAIR. Do not give anybody money or let them take unnecessary advantage of you. Report all such soliciting to Police, OYES mentors in your local government or OYES head office. 3 Likes |

Smart jeezy: What happen to the first batch of OYES?are they going to be paid or sent home just like that. Already disengaged with some of them that have certificate absorbed into Osun State civil service such as Junior and senior cadre in civil service commission, teaching etc. Ogbeni promised to set up the rest with a lump sum of cash to start business. I think Ogbeni is doing fine. |

I was actually the one who posted this topic but I didn't realise that it wasn't my username, you know, from a shared computer. About being fair to the end, I doubt it. If you're an ACN member from Osun State on NL, you should know what is going on in your ward at the moment. But this first batch was used to honour graduates who applied. After this, I don't think you will be shortlisted if you don't belong or have someone helping you. 1 Like |

@ziccoit, Current OYES cadets are yet to be disengaged but their participation will end this month being 24th month. None of them has been absorbed yet unless individual who joined police, civil defence, civil service (local or state) through other channels but not through OYES. Those that are in schools are still CADETS as at today. But some have written SUBEB test and done screening this month. Some will write TESCOM and CSC exam soon while others will be given "something". |

@ziccoit, It is true that OYES cadets were favoured in the just concluded SUBEB exam in the sense that their cut off mark was '145 and above' over 300 while others who are not cadets but also purchased the forms had their cut off mark pegged at '173 and above' over 300. Of course, they were treated preferentially during screening exercise, they were attended to before others on each day of the exercise which I still support because they really suffered for past two years. Graduates parking feces for 10k! |
