Does anyone in the house know how to go about this and the cost involved if any in Lagos State. Do I just draft this and signed by parties or does it need to be notarised or what. Any help is appreciated. Thanks |

You need †☺ stamp it! For more weight You can have it notarized! but its important †☺ be stamped! |

I vaguely remember that my deed of assignment was stamped for 10k he really is a joke. I just want to confirm before I have a word with him. |
