[b]THIS WAS PENNED WHEN I WAS KEENLY CONFUSED... http://www.poetfreak.com/text/152404/i-am-not-confused.html

I AM NOT CONFUSED...
Okay, who's dining with me is my best enemy
Who hates me is my best palley
Those that I l♥ve are mutating and putting on thorny tongues
Objectives,
Kiss my lips with thorny-thronged tongues
This is a song of sorrow
A song that belongs to morrow
No
A song that shouldn't be re-heard
Re-played
and re-recorded.
But again and again my wish: tomorrow is of zero sorrow.
In... fact, I'm telling you the fact
The pact,
I may break it into particles to make it tit for tat
God knows, I have a good heart
To hell with those negative zodiacs
I am a sanguine
I pursue,
I don't care, whether dawdle bare footed
Or bundles of trudgings with my kneel cap or interesting incisor
What I know is that I am not confused
Anaemia, isn't my portion rather
Dimential, he, we'd met and decided on a forever foe treaty
Yes, I think about more than I forget
I always regret to regret
I will always reject to regret
I always reject to being the least
Forever first.
These aren't tauntful insults
All is cos am doing my best
Not to touch their herogenuous zones, as in busts
But,
Taking a stony time, adjudging me on the basis of my physiognomy and physical facade
You'er quenching your already questionable time.
Now, I am on a suicide quest
O heaven! Make this comprehensive
I need to be the best
Revert my worst to the best
Make me to attain that zenith
I know that you know me
So, this shouldn't be incoherent
Just wish my heart the best.
Now, nay hundredth.
Aye, I can't fathom the face of this cosmos
I've been focalising all the days of my 22nd on this...sorrow-filled soil
The more I dig out his dirt
The more his dirt dance back and lacy with more filth
I don't know how
Cos, who to thrust
Is now who to trust.
So, this is all jaggons
Yes, cos it's yours and mine rightful wrongs.
Listen, I am listing, the fact should be made known, 'cause it's unknown
Now, the bad bat is bouncing back to its bad basket
Now,
Already in its basket
Leave me, leave me, let me mutter
Leave me, let go of my mild mind, or else, you know I can shriek
Haven't you watched shrek?
Purchase the twain plus the mono parts, you will jam the loc.
Do so, for not to slip on broken rafters
Afore the crow of your roosters
And even hop and tango on broken chips,
Just be just
In the stead of your all the time
Insinuative encouragements.
Believe me, my thumb is running insane
Just to vomit all it's got in his brains
Give me beans,
Nostalgic, I once ingest more than once, uncooked soyabeans
Now, I am tasting titchy tasty time
With my large palm
The palm now, you are haunting to tear into pieces.
Betwixt you and me, forget it, no peace
I'd torn the peace into pieces in sixes
There are reasons for every reason
Most corely,
This pedestrian season.
Look here, re-read my expressions and its verbums
Re-cover the recovered by your brains
You'll fathom the mystery behind every epoch.
See, every bard from their lineage is always bad
And they're all mad
Although they're not mad
The begining of the end has just begun.

[b]BREAKING NEWS: FG directs
striking lecturers to goback to
work
23 August, 2013
Despite the resolve on Thursday
by the Academic Staff Union of
Universities, ASUU, to continue the
on-going strike until all
agreements signed in 2009 are
reached, the federal government,
on Friday, ordered that lecturers
should go back to classrooms
after it had disbursed the sum of
N30 billion for earned academic
allowances.
The directive which was given by
the secretary to the government
of the federation, Sen Anyim
PiusAnyim, during a meeting
between the federal government
and the vice-chancellor s of the
61 public universities, stated that
"Government, hereby, urges every
staff of the nation's universities to
return to work as all issues are
being resolved."
He said with particular reference
to the contentious issue of earned
allowances, every staff of the
universities that is so entitled
should verify his claim with the
university council and accordingly
get paid as "from the foregoing, it
is obvious that government has
demonstrated sufficient
commitment to the
implementation of the 2009 FG/
ASUU agreement.
"After series of discussions,
government has now provided
N30 billion to support the
university councils in settling the
earned allowances. The amount
will be disbursed to the various
universitycounc ils which are in
the position to know who is
entitled to how much after
verification."
He revealed that "Traditionally,
universities pay this to deserving
staff but because of the amount
which ASUU now claims as
arrears, government has decided
to assist the university councils to
pay" as government did not
receive any computation of
amount involved until February,
2013.
"By this computation, ASUU is
claiming N92 billion as arrears for
three year's payment based on
percentage rage of between 15
and 20 per cent of personnel
cost."
While there was consensus that
revitalising the tertiary institutions
is of critical importance to the
nation, Anyim noted that "when
put together, the amount of funds
from the budgetary and non-
budgetary sources that goes into
the sector isquite huge but
without corresponding impact.
While acknowledging the
contributions of the Non-
Academic Staff Union, NASU,
Senior Association of Nigerian
Universities, SSANU, National
Association of Nigerian Students,
NANS, and other stakeholders,
Anyim reiterated the
government's resolve 'to bringing
the students back to school and
appreciated the patience of
parents and students as
government is making every
effort to revitalise the university
system."
It would be recalled that on July 2,
2013, ASUU declared what it
called "total and indefinite strike"
over issues it says has remained
unresolved pertaining to an
agreement it reachedwith
government in 2009.

The Federal Government’s patience seems to have run out with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) as it has decided to wield the big stick on its members threatening to invoke the no-work-no-pay policy to force the striking lecturers back to work.
Secretary to Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, on Friday ordered the striking university lecturers to return to their duty posts while the pending issues were being resolved. He also directed all the governing councils of the various universities to open the gates of the institutions to students as from next week.
The directives followed the inability of both parties (FG and ASUU) to reach a definite agreement on the issue earned allowances to university workers after about two months of dialogue and negotiations and the threat by the union to discontinue talks with government.
ASUU began its current strike on July 1 following failure of government to implement a 2009 agreement between the two parties on public universities funding.
Anyim gave the directives at a meeting with the chairmen of the councils and vice-chancellors in Abuja on Friday.
The Federal Government on the occasion also disbursed the N30 billion it provided to support the councils for the payment of academic earned allowances to lecturers.
Anyim said this was in addition to the N100 billion provided by the government to address the challenges of infrastructural deficit in the system.
He said: “Mr. President is fully committed to bringing the students back to school and appreciates the patience of parents and students as government is making every effort to revitalise the university system.
“By this demonstration of clear commitment to revitalise the university system, government hereby urges every (member of) staff of the nation’s universities to return to work as all issues are being resolved.
“With particular reference to the contentious issue of earned allowances, every (member of) staff of the universities that is so entitled should verify his claim with his university council and accordingly get paid,” he said.
ASUU had on Thursday foreclosed further talks with the Federal Government negotiation team, an indication of a total collapse of negotiations.
SGF said the Earned Allowances was the major issue in dispute, adding that traditionally, universities pay deserving staff but “because of the amount that ASUU now claims as arrears, government decided to assist the university councils to pay.”
He said the Federal Government did not receive any computation of amount involved until February, 2013 and that ASUU demanded for an outrageous sum of N92 billion arrears for three years’ payment based on percentage range of between 15 and 20 of personnel cost.
The Minister of Education, Professor Rugayyatu Ahmed Rufa’i, also said that ASUU actually went on strike over the initial offer of five per cent of personnel cost of the entire university staff.
She said that government had addressed all other issues raised by the union for them to call off the strike. She maintained that government had no money to pay the N92 billion academic Earned Allowances requested by ASUU, insisting that it was not feasible in view of the current state of the nation’s economy.
Anyim further said: “After series of discussions involving the National Assembly; the SGF; the Chairman of the Needs Assessment Report Implementation Committee, Governor Gabriel Suswam; the ministers of Education, Labour; and the Coordinating Minister for the Economy and other stakeholders, government has now provided N30 billion to support the university councils in settling the Earned Allowances.”
He said all other issues of Consolidated Salary Structure for Academics in Nigerian Universities (CONUASS II), amendment of Pensionable Retirement Age of Academics in the Professorial Cadre to 70 years have been fully implemented.
Anyim said most of the issues contained in the 2009 agreement, which necessitated the current strike, have been fully met, except for the Earned Allowances, which ASUU pegged at N92 billion.
He said, “On July 2nd, 2013, ASUU declared what it called, ‘total and indefinite strike’ over issues it says have remained unresolved pertaining to an agreement it reached with government in 2009. It is pertinent to narrate the genesis of the 2009 agreement. ASUU went on strike action in 2006 based on their request for a review of personnel matters, on account of this, government initiated a Needs Assessment of the University system comprising federal and state universities. The negotiations led to the 2009 agreement.
“Some of the issues which bothered on amendment of pensionable retirement age of academics in the professorial cadre; consolidated peculiar allowances (CONPUAA), exclusively for university teaching staff; National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS); setting up of budget monitoring committee in all public universities have been fully implemented.”
He said the Federal Government had explained why ASUU’s demands concerning the transfer of Federal Government landed property to universities would not be possible to implement.
“Government has been clear that it cannot transfer government’s landed property to ASUU because it has no structure to manage or maintain such property.
Government is, however, willing to support any council that sets up a property company with management structure to compete with others in the industry,” he stated.
In a related development, the Minister of Education, Ruqayyatu Rufa’I, at the event in Abuja, said she expected ASUU to suspend the strike going by the latest action of government.
She said the situation had generated so much anxiety on the part of students, parents and government, and that negotiations on the remaining issues could continue.
“Government is ready to implement all the recommendations, particularly as it relates to revitalisation of the universities system. I want to assure you that this will be done in the next few years.
The Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chief Emeka Wogu; Chairman, Senate Committee on Education, Senator Uche Chukwumerije; and the Chairman, House Committee on Education, Honourable Aminu Suleiman, all attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, efforts to get the reaction of ASUU President, Dr. Nasir Isa Fagge, on the development were unsuccessful as his mobile phone line was ‘unreachable’.

Jodekss: [b]THIS WAS PENNED WHEN I WAS KEENLY CONFUSED... http://www.poetfreak.com/text/152404/i-am-not-confused.html

I AM NOT CONFUSED...
Okay, who's dining with me is my best enemy
Who hates me is my best palley
Those that I l♥ve are mutating and putting on thorny tongues
Objectives,
Kiss my lips with thorny-thronged tongues
This is a song of sorrow
A song that belongs to morrow
No
A song that shouldn't be re-heard
Re-played
and re-recorded.
But again and again my wish: tomorrow is of zero sorrow.
In... fact, I'm telling you the fact
The pact,
I may break it into particles to make it tit for tat
God knows, I have a good heart
To hell with those negative zodiacs
I am a sanguine
I pursue,
I don't care, whether dawdle bare footed
Or bundles of trudgings with my kneel cap or interesting incisor
What I know is that I am not confused
Anaemia, isn't my portion rather
Dimential, he, we'd met and decided on a forever foe treaty
Yes, I think about more than I forget
I always regret to regret
I will always reject to regret
I always reject to being the least
Forever first.
These aren't tauntful insults
All is cos am doing my best
Not to touch their herogenuous zones, as in busts
But,
Taking a stony time, adjudging me on the basis of my physiognomy and physical facade
You'er quenching your already questionable time.
Now, I am on a suicide quest
O heaven! Make this comprehensive
I need to be the best
Revert my worst to the best
Make me to attain that zenith
I know that you know me
So, this shouldn't be incoherent
Just wish my heart the best.
Now, nay hundredth.
Aye, I can't fathom the face of this cosmos
I've been focalising all the days of my 22nd on this...sorrow-filled soil
The more I dig out his dirt
The more his dirt dance back and lacy with more filth
I don't know how
Cos, who to thrust
Is now who to trust.
So, this is all jaggons
Yes, cos it's yours and mine rightful wrongs.
Listen, I am listing, the fact should be made known, 'cause it's unknown
Now, the bad bat is bouncing back to its bad basket
Now,
Already in its basket
Leave me, leave me, let me mutter
Leave me, let go of my mild mind, or else, you know I can shriek
Haven't you watched shrek?
Purchase the twain plus the mono parts, you will jam the loc.
Do so, for not to slip on broken rafters
Afore the crow of your roosters
And even hop and tango on broken chips,
Just be just
In the stead of your all the time
Insinuative encouragements.
Believe me, my thumb is running insane
Just to vomit all it's got in his brains
Give me beans,
Nostalgic, I once ingest more than once, uncooked soyabeans
Now, I am tasting titchy tasty time
With my large palm
The palm now, you are haunting to tear into pieces.
Betwixt you and me, forget it, no peace
I'd torn the peace into pieces in sixes
There are reasons for every reason
Most corely,
This pedestrian season.
Look here, re-read my expressions and its verbums
Re-cover the recovered by your brains
You'll fathom the mystery behind every epoch.
See, every bard from their lineage is always bad
And they're all mad
Although they're not mad
The begining of the end has just begun.

we done hear na.. so what next.

Jodekss: [b]BREAKING NEWS: FG directs
striking lecturers to goback to
work
23 August, 2013
Despite the resolve on Thursday
by the Academic Staff Union of
Universities, ASUU, to continue the
on-going strike until all
agreements signed in 2009 are
reached, the federal government,
on Friday, ordered that lecturers
should go back to classrooms
after it had disbursed the sum of
N30 billion for earned academic
allowances.
The directive which was given by
the secretary to the government
of the federation, Sen Anyim
PiusAnyim, during a meeting
between the federal government
and the vice-chancellor s of the
61 public universities, stated that
"Government, hereby, urges every
staff of the nation's universities to
return to work as all issues are
being resolved."
He said with particular reference
to the contentious issue of earned
allowances, every staff of the
universities that is so entitled
should verify his claim with the
university council and accordingly
get paid as "from the foregoing, it
is obvious that government has
demonstrated sufficient
commitment to the
implementation of the 2009 FG/
ASUU agreement.
"After series of discussions,
government has now provided
N30 billion to support the
university councils in settling the
earned allowances. The amount
will be disbursed to the various
universitycounc ils which are in
the position to know who is
entitled to how much after
verification."
He revealed that "Traditionally,
universities pay this to deserving
staff but because of the amount
which ASUU now claims as
arrears, government has decided
to assist the university councils to
pay" as government did not
receive any computation of
amount involved until February,
2013.
"By this computation, ASUU is
claiming N92 billion as arrears for
three year's payment based on
percentage rage of between 15
and 20 per cent of personnel
cost."
While there was consensus that
revitalising the tertiary institutions
is of critical importance to the
nation, Anyim noted that "when
put together, the amount of funds
from the budgetary and non-
budgetary sources that goes into
the sector isquite huge but
without corresponding impact.
While acknowledging the
contributions of the Non-
Academic Staff Union, NASU,
Senior Association of Nigerian
Universities, SSANU, National
Association of Nigerian Students,
NANS, and other stakeholders,
Anyim reiterated the
government's resolve 'to bringing
the students back to school and
appreciated the patience of
parents and students as
government is making every
effort to revitalise the university
system."
It would be recalled that on July 2,
2013, ASUU declared what it
called "total and indefinite strike"
over issues it says has remained
unresolved pertaining to an
agreement it reachedwith
government in 2009.

Congratulations to all universities student, just about an hour ago ASUU chairman broke the annoucement, which is considered the big one for all universities student. After calling off the strike, the media went ahead to ask,if the federal government has met the demands of ASUU.

Out of dismay, the ASUU chairman shook his head and said,he was disappointed with the media more than he his to the FG,saying the media formed a deaf ear to the strike, that an average Nigeria does not know that universities are on strike,he went ahead to say when a student inform someone that his school has been on strike, they all would say,oh….we no even know, uhna done suffer.

After expressing his anger he went ahead to say, actually the jonathan led government is doing nothing concerning our demands, even after a closed door meeting with the education minister, were the president said he has so many issues to deal with now than to start spending more money on the so called universities, but just after the meeting, the chairman of the newly formed party ACP called the chairman of ASUU to a meeting with ACN,CPC,AFGAN governor, who promised ASUU that they would give ear to ASUU demand and will do more, one of which every student will be given a bursary award which is to cover 50% of every student fee, that is,for spending 5 years in the universities,2 years fee would be paid by FG,and every student who graduates with first class, would stand a chance to do their master in canada, while those with lower credit,n pass would continue their study in south African and Ghana respectively, also salary of VCs would be increased by 90%.After this meeting, the ASUU chairman called off the strike asking all student to resume at their various school on the first week of June 2015, that about 2 years time,of course after voting in ACP.
