Young man don't feel too perfect because a manager frm Ecobank told u d form is not out. Since d form is not yet on sale he might av decided to jst tell u d form was not out yet. So don't quote anybody as giving rumour, ok? Zezeny will neva give rumour. Goodluck

Sb= (ksp/x^x. y^y)^[1/(x+y)]

where sb=solubility, and ksp=solubility product. x and y are the number of moles
of each element when decomposed respectively for example AgCl---->Ag+ + Cl- . the number of moles of Ag is 1 and Cl 1 so x=1 and y=1, also for a compound like Ca(NO3)2 it becomes

Ca(NO3)2----->2Ca+ + NO3- therefore x=2 and y=1 That's each of x and y represents the number of moles of each radical. Now x and y determines the power. for AgCl where x and y are both 1 the power becomes 1/(1+1) That's 1/2 which means you square root, also for Ca(NO3)2 where x and y are 2 and 1 respectively you have in the power according to the formular 1/(2+1) That's 1/3 which means you cube root

ok. now first we have that
CaCl2--->Ca2+ + 2Cl- now x=1 and y=2 now the formular says solubility is given by

sb=(ksp/x^x. y^y)^[1/(x+y)]
so we have now that sb=[(1.08*10^-7)/(1^1 * 2^2)]^[1/(1+2)]

so, sb=[(1.08*10^-7)/(1*4)]^(1/3)

sb=[(1.08*10^-7)/4]^(1/3)

now when you divide 1.08*10-7 by 4 you get 2.7*10^-8 so you now have sb=[2.7*10^-8]^(1/3) now you see that it's raise to power 1/3 which means you cube root 2.7*10^-8 your final answer becomes 3*10^-3 mol/dmf

ksp=[sb]^(x+y) * x^x * y^y

practice with more examples at your convenient time
