The price for #1m share capital is 70k.There is no limit on the types of businesses a company can engage in.As long as the directors have proficiency certificates to back up what they want to do.For instance,to run a pharmaceutical company,one of the directors/shareholders must be a pharmacist with most current proficiency license.For all d items u mentioned in your post,you can incorporate all into a company and you dont need any proficiency certificate whatsoever.U can contact us on 07043441575.

It depends on who is drawing up d article of association(objects of d coy). More than 3 objects can be incorporated into a coys objects. There is no limit to d things a coy can do as long as is not in d negative list(e.g arms importation). We don't av an office in Lagos 4 now. But we do av a contact person if u r interested.
