Please can anyone suggest how one can pass excreta without making a loud noise? I have tried it so many times all to no avail. I could be embarrassing when using a public toilet Like in the airport and you have a lot of people waiting at the door for you to finish. Thanks |

you're not supposed to do the #2 in a public facility- people will talk. as per the noise, whoever is listening when you're relieving yourself at home, should just count it as one of those things, abi how una for do am. all the noisy blasts and everything- better out than in as they say. Sebi dem own na for ear, you wey you dey release all the waste product, na you do the work jare. lord have mercy. |
