I think this ban on okada should exempt men in UNIFORM ie police,navy,army,airforce,civil defence. I know for a fact that bikes/okada were provided for them to make life & transportation easier for them considering the meagre wages they take home. Highest they can be cautioned for traffic offences and their names/ranks taken to their respective formations for proper discipline. These military men perform a very important function for us in this country security wise.

This is stupid and disgracefull...and the military need to learn how to respect others. This is not the miltary era. It's a democracy and so far as you are not in a war zone, you have to respect the law and the domestic custodians of that law who're the police. Utterly disgracefull!!
