But all are adamant. NIMC Merit list go reach 50% cos a friend of mine who works at National Assembly & did the test has met almost 5 Senators even with money begging them to help him out, all told him the war front tight after trials. By the grace of God we'll all survive....

If truely they have started calling other position their updates about enrolment officer curently undergoing interview would have change. But is stil like that,so my man like u sed I shud calm my nerves down. Am cool but very optimistic about gettin this job, it shudn't pass my by. Mr man, the earlier you start making alternative arrangements for another job or going to Upper iweka in Onitsha to rent a shop, the better for you. Because this NIMC job has been casted and this is a fact. Its not even a matter of trying to be optimistic here, its good to face reality at times. The way i see you commenting on this thread like say na life and death, i dey pity for you o. You better condition your mind to accept the overwhelming possibility that this job may not work out.
Even NIMC officials are crying that the slots the politicians left for them to put their friends and relatives is too small and you think they will allow somebody like you who does not even know anybody to further shorten their ration?

I'll advise you to start sending your cv to other places or start thinking about how to start a trade because the fact is that few or no positions exist in NIMC for ppl like you who dont know anybody. Its just the country we are in. Sorry.

tru tuk ! I hav said it b4. Afta enrolment officer, oda post were called 2geda based on performance rankin in d aptitude tst. N u knw most of des post ar experience post n ar nt reali goin 2 b much as enrolment officer, hence d few or no coments

Assuming all ur findings are true- there's reasons for you & me to believe in NIMC transperancy or 50% Merit. The total vancany is up to 1,700,though some said it up to 4,000 owing to the disengaged staff which is relatively enough to satisfy all stakeholder's aggrandised interests.And the job itself is not a thing anybody with certificate can do. Can you answer?

1. Why did NIMC asked some people to resend their credentials if they pride in elimination method?

2. They've conscience having taken people outside their preferred locations to go & write the Aptitude Test & the interview.

3. Why is most political jobbers saying the front line is tight in fixing up their cronies?

4. Why should NIMC border us the unconnected except God with interview instead of swooping on their preferred & annoited candidates?

5. During my interview day,I saw a guy still serving who was also invited, which proved to me that NIMC never looked at qualification but on exam performances. I socialised with the guy the only mistake I made was I didn't collect his mobile no. He told me he is afraid they'll disqualify him(which told me he had no connection),that he had gone to his state NIMC Secretariat to ask about his chances without NYSC certificate as he didn't want to waste his money in travelling to Abuja. He said ,he was advised to give it try. Even the screening panel didn't dissuade him having find out.

6. Do the 'annoited' or connected write Aptitude Test or go through Interview or Due process?I think they're begged to Accept Appointment Letters.

Believing in God my bro is not a fantasy or Idealist intercourse. God never leads his children half way.Even If I didn't get this job, it simply means God has greater plan for me,not a cause for crying or ill feelings. By God's grace we shall all succeed,let's keep hope & faith alive . Thank you!
